Finishing Deposit - Leather Bracelets and Bracelet FOBs

Product Specific Information:

This deposit slot is for finishing of leather backed bracelets, and bracelet style key fobs as shown in the gallery of this product.  These are NOT traditionally finished needlepoint Key FOBS

Canvases must have either a binding stitch or two extra border rows top and bottom.  Note: We feel a binding stitch provides a much nicer finish.

Canvases must be submitted square.  Please be sure you have blocked your canvas prior to submitting for finishing.  We are generally not successful in squaring up very narrow canvases with our blocking techniques.

Island House finishes bracelets with a single pair or two pairs of snaps.  The stitched length of your needlepoint should be approximately 1 inch longer than the final length of the bracelet, which allows for the snap crossover.

Island House finishes bracelet style key fobs with a sewn in key ring on the fixed portion of the fob and a snap or rivet on the loop side.

General Finishing Deposit Information:

A finishing deposit is required to hold a slot for each stitched needlepoint piece sent to Island House for finishing.  Purchase the number of deposits corresponding to the number of pieces you are submitting for finishing. 

All finishing submissions must be postmarked (or equivalent) within 7 days of purchasing your slot . If you have not submitted your needlepoint finishing within 7 days of your purchase, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email with that includes download links to your finishing forms.  Print and include one Approval Form with your order, and one Finishing Form for each piece submitted.

Notes: Once your finishing is received it will be entered into our tracking system.  You will receive an email with a sales order that includes a list of finishing items, estimated pricing, target completion date, along with photos of  submitted pieces.  Please review the sales order to ensure all information is correct.
