June 15 – 30, 2025 finishing deposit

A finishing deposit is required to hold a slot for each stitched needlepoint piece submitted to Island House for finishing.  Purchase the number of deposits corresponding to the number of pieces you are submitting for finishing. For example, if you are submitting one canvas with four different coasters stitched on it you will need to purchase four finishing deposits.

All finishing submissions must be postmarked (or equivalent) by the last day of the slot purchased. If you have not submitted your needlepoint finishing by the last day of the period purchased, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

Upon completion of your purchase, you will be emailed finishing forms for downloading.  Please send one Approval Form with your order, and one Finishing Form for each piece submitted.

Island House finishing slots are scheduled to open at 12:00 noon EST on the 1st and 15th of each month.  If no slots remain available in the current date range be sure to check back when the next slots open.

For those local to our studio: If you are dropping off your finishing in person you do not need to purchase a deposit!
