A finishing deposit is required to hold a slot for each stitched needlepoint piece sent to Island House for finishing.  Purchase the number of deposits corresponding to the number of pieces you are submitting for finishing. 

All finishing submissions must be postmarked (or equivalent) within 7 days of purchasing your slot . If you have not submitted your needlepoint finishing within 7 days of your purchase, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email with that includes download links to your finishing forms.  Print and include one Approval Form with your order, and one Finishing Form for each piece submitted.

If you are dropping off your finishing in person you do not need to purchase a deposit.

Notes:  Upon receipt of your canvas(es) by Island House they are entered into our tracking system.  You will receive an email with a sales order that includes a list of finishing items, estimated pricing, target completion date (we strive for a two month turn around), along with photos of  submitted pieces.  Please review the sales order to ensure all information is correct.
