A frame finishing deposit is required to hold a slot for each stitched needlepoint piece submitted to Island House for frame finishing.  Purchase the number of deposits corresponding to the number of pieces you are submitting for finishing. 

All finishing submissions must be postmarked (or equivalent) within 7 days of purchasing your slot. If you have not submitted your needlepoint finishing within 7 days of your purchase, your deposit is forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable.

Upon completion of your purchase, you will be receive and email that includes download links with finishing forms.  Print and include one Approval Form with your order, and one Frame Finishing Form for each pillow submitted.

Notes:  Upon receipt of your canvas(es) by Island House they are entered into our tracking system.  You will receive an email with a sales order that includes a list of finishing items, estimated pricing, target completion date (we strive for a two month turn around), along with photos of  submitted pieces.  Please review the sales order to ensure all information is correct.
