Great care is taken with your needlework as we finish it to the specifications you define on your finishing form. If we require clarification with your specifications we will reach out prior to completing any finish work. Island House Needlepoint, LLC is not responsible for errors in customer specifications (e.g. spelling mistakes on embroidery). Prior to return shipping we send photos of your finished work for your approval and payment.
We do not accept returns of canvases or stitching materials (threads, beads, etc.) purchased from our website.
Needlepoint accessories may be returned within 30 days of sale provided it has not been used or damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees and will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the item sales price.
